IMPORTANT: All products sold by LyfeLabs LLC are strictly for legitimate laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or any use other than lawful in vitro research. By purchasing from LyfeLabs, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher and that all products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LyfeLabs website at lyfelabs.us, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise engaging with LyfeLabs LLC and its services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you may not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and LyfeLabs LLC, a Texas limited liability company. LyfeLabs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About LyfeLabs LLC

LyfeLabs LLC is a Texas-based wholesale supplier of research-grade peptide compounds and related laboratory materials. LyfeLabs sells exclusively to research companies, licensed laboratories, research institutions, and qualified independent researchers for use in legitimate scientific research settings.

LyfeLabs is not a pharmaceutical company, a compounding pharmacy, a supplement retailer, or a medical provider. We do not sell products for human consumption, animal consumption, medical treatment, or any purpose other than laboratory research.

3. Research Use Only — Strict Compliance Requirement

All products sold by LyfeLabs LLC are intended strictly and exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. By placing an order, you expressly represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher, research company, licensed laboratory, or research institution with a legitimate scientific research purpose.
• All products purchased from LyfeLabs will be used solely for lawful, in vitro laboratory research purposes.
• You will not use, administer, sell, redistribute, or transfer any LyfeLabs product for human consumption, animal consumption, medical treatment, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, or any other non-research purpose.
• You understand that LyfeLabs products are not FDA-approved for any use and are not approved drugs, supplements, or medical devices.
• You have the knowledge, training, credentials, and facilities appropriate to handle research-grade chemical compounds safely and lawfully.
• Your purchase and use of LyfeLabs products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Any use of LyfeLabs products outside of legitimate scientific research contexts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Eligibility and Purchaser Qualifications

To purchase from LyfeLabs, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a qualified researcher, research company, licensed laboratory, or research institution.
• Have a legitimate, lawful scientific research purpose for each product purchased.
• Not be prohibited from purchasing, possessing, or using research chemicals under any applicable law.
• Provide accurate and truthful information in connection with your account and any order.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. LyfeLabs reserves the right to request documentation verifying your research credentials, institutional affiliation, or research purpose at any time.

5. Right to Refuse Service, Withhold Orders, and Restrict Access

LyfeLabs LLC reserves the absolute and unconditional right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Refuse to sell to any individual, company, or entity for any reason or no reason.
• Cancel, hold, or refuse to process any order at any stage prior to shipment.
• Withhold fulfillment of an order pending verification of research credentials, institutional affiliation, or intended use.
• Permanently blacklist and ban any purchaser, account, or entity from purchasing from LyfeLabs, with or without prior notice.
• Terminate any account and refuse future service to any person or entity LyfeLabs determines, in its sole judgment, to be using or intending to use products for non-research purposes.
• Report suspected misuse of research compounds to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Indicators that may lead to refusal of service, order cancellation, or blacklisting include but are not limited to: statements or communications suggesting human use of research compounds; purchase patterns inconsistent with legitimate research; requests for dosing, administration, or clinical guidance; social media or other public activity suggesting consumer or personal use of compounds; and any other conduct inconsistent with legitimate scientific research.

LyfeLabs is not required to disclose the reason for any refusal, cancellation, or blacklisting. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Do not purchase LyfeLabs products for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.
• Resell, redistribute, transfer, or supply LyfeLabs products to any third party who intends to use them for non-research purposes.
• Use LyfeLabs products for any purpose prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information in connection with your account, order, or identity.
• Represent to any third party that LyfeLabs products are approved, safe, or intended for human use.
• Use LyfeLabs products in any manner that violates your institution’s research policies or applicable regulatory requirements.
• Attempt to circumvent LyfeLabs’ order review, verification, or compliance procedures.
• Use the LyfeLabs website, brand, or materials in any way that creates the impression that LyfeLabs products are consumer goods, supplements, or pharmaceutical drugs.

7. No Medical or Health Claims

LyfeLabs makes no medical, therapeutic, or health claims regarding any product. Nothing on the LyfeLabs website, in product descriptions, in educational materials, in email communications, or in any other LyfeLabs content constitutes:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
• Claims that any product treats, cures, prevents, or mitigates any disease or medical condition.
• Endorsement or suggestion of human or animal consumption of any product.
• Any representation that LyfeLabs products are safe or appropriate for human use.

All scientific information published by LyfeLabs is provided for educational reference purposes only describing existing published research. LyfeLabs does not represent that published research findings are conclusive, applicable to humans, or endorsed by LyfeLabs.

8. Certificates of Analysis and Product Documentation

LyfeLabs provides Certificates of Analysis (COAs) reflecting third-party laboratory testing of its research compounds. Unless a certificate is expressly identified as lot-specific, COAs are representative of recent production lots and may not correspond to the specific lot contained in a given order. COAs are provided for informational and research-transparency purposes only. LyfeLabs makes no warranty that COA results will be identical across lots or that testing methodologies will remain constant. Researchers are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of products for their specific research applications. COAs do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular research purpose.

9. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

9.1 Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute a binding contract until LyfeLabs confirms acceptance. LyfeLabs reserves the right to reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, payment issues, or compliance concerns.

9.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. LyfeLabs reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

9.3 Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order. LyfeLabs accepts payment methods as displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

9.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with your purchase.

10. Shipping and Fulfillment

LyfeLabs ships domestically within the United States. Orders received before 11:00 AM Central Time are typically processed for same-day shipping, subject to inventory availability, payment confirmation, and order review. LyfeLabs does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. LyfeLabs is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers or events outside LyfeLabs’ reasonable control.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that importation, possession, and use of LyfeLabs products is lawful in your jurisdiction.

11. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemical products, all sales are final unless a product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition. Claims for damaged or incorrect orders must be submitted to customerservice@lyfelabs.us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.

LyfeLabs will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or refund for verified damaged or incorrect orders. LyfeLabs does not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the LyfeLabs website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, educational materials, and software, is the property of LyfeLabs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use LyfeLabs content without prior written permission.

13. Disclaimers of Warranties

ALL LYFELABS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC RESEARCH APPLICATION.

LyfeLabs does not warrant that its products are suitable for any specific research purpose or that research results obtained using LyfeLabs products will be accurate, reproducible, or valid. Researchers assume all risks associated with the use of research compounds.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LYFELABS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OR USE OF LYFELABS PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM MISUSE OF RESEARCH COMPOUNDS, RESEARCH RESULTS, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LYFELABS’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LyfeLabs LLC and its members, managers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of any LyfeLabs product; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your use or misuse of LyfeLabs products.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of LyfeLabs products shall first be subject to good-faith informal resolution between the parties. If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

17. Purchaser Compliance with Applicable Law

You are solely and entirely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of LyfeLabs products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to FDA regulations, DEA scheduling requirements, and any applicable institutional research policies.

LyfeLabs makes no representation that its products are legal to purchase, possess, or use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of your purchase before ordering.

18. Privacy

LyfeLabs collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at lyfelabs.us/privacy-policy/. By using our website or placing an order, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with LyfeLabs’ Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and LyfeLabs LLC with respect to your purchase and use of LyfeLabs products.
