Every peptide compound we carry has a published third-party certificate of analysis on our Quality and Testing page, and the published certificates report HPLC purity of 98% or higher. Certificates are supplier-issued, are not commissioned by LyfeLabs, and are not matched to the lot in an individual order.
A CoA is a document issued by an independent third-party laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and concentration of a compound. It is the gold standard for verifying research-grade quality.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light; for long-term storage, a freezer at -20°C is recommended. Storage, handling, and validation of material condition are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
Bacteriostatic Water (Bac Water) is water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative, supplied in a 10 mL vial as a laboratory reagent. For laboratory research use only; not for human consumption.

Each certificate is issued by an independent third-party laboratory and shows the identity, purity, and net content for the lot that laboratory tested. The page lists the laboratory, the client named on each certificate, and the test date where one is printed.
Send any LyfeLabs product to an independent laboratory of your choice. If the report of an accredited independent laboratory shows the compound is below the purity stated on its label, email customerservice@lyfelabs.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the laboratory report, and we will refund or replace the tested item under our Refund Policy. This applies whether or not you bought shipping insurance, and opening a vial to submit it for testing does not void it. A wrong order is handled the same way if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Loss or damage in transit is covered only if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout. Nothing else is refundable. For laboratory research by qualified individuals 21+.

We ship within the continental United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. International shipping is not offered.
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. Refunds and replacements are limited to two cases: an accredited independent laboratory report showing a compound is below its stated purity (see the test-it-yourself answer above), and a wrong item, which you must report within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@lyfelabs.us with your order number and photos. Loss, theft, or damage in transit is covered only if shipping insurance was purchased at checkout — see our Shipping Policy for how claims work. Nothing else is refundable.

Shipping insurance is offered separately at checkout and is strongly recommended: without it, LyfeLabs cannot refund or replace an order that is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
