A CoA is a document issued by an independent third-party laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and concentration of a compound. It is the gold standard for verifying research-grade quality.
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) compounds should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light; for long-term storage, a freezer at -20°C is recommended. In solution, published stability data for compounds of this class is generally reported over a 28–30 day window at 2–8°C. Storage, handling, and validation of material condition are the responsibility of the receiving laboratory.
Bacteriostatic Water (Bac Water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. It is used as a diluent for lyophilized compounds in laboratory research applications. It is not sterile water and should not be confused with saline.
Current certificates are published on our Quality & Testing page. Each certificate is issued by an independent third-party laboratory and shows the identity, purity, and net content for a tested lot. Certificates for additional compounds are added as new lots are tested.
Send any LyfeLabs product to an independent laboratory of your choice. If the results do not meet the purity and identity stated on the label, contact us at customerservice@lyfelabs.us with your order number and the lab report, and we will refund your full purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns on opened products. If we shipped you the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at customerservice@lyfelabs.us with your order number and photos and we will make it right. Loss, theft, or damage in transit is covered through the shipping insurance offered at checkout — see our Shipping Policy for how claims work.
